Ingredients:
Giusto’s Fresh Blueberries
Your favorite pancake recipe or quick mix

Preparation:
Mix up pancake batter
Lightly oil or butter griddle
Spoon pancake batter on griddle
Sprinkle Blueberries evenly on each individual pancake
Finish cooking pancake
Add syrup and serve
(Another tasty twist, squeeze fresh lemon juice over pancake before serving)

Antoinettes Blueberry Summer Salad

Ingredients:
Giusto’s Blueberry Vinegar
Mixed spring Lettuce
Fresh Basil Leaves
Cherry tomatoes Toscano’s mixed varieties
Small Pickling Cucumbers unpeeled and thinly sliced
French oregano flowers
Fresh Blueberries

Preparation:
Fill clear glass salad bowl with Spring mix lettuce, add basil leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a generous amount of blueberries, toss .

Pour Giusto’s Blueberry Vinegar and favorite seasoned olive oil over salad. Gently toss.

Garnish with French oregano flowers add another generous amount of Blueberries, lightly sprinkle with blueberry vinaigrette. Serve

Giusto Farms Farmers Market Salad

Ingredients:
Spring Mix with Red Ruffled Lettuce
Sesame honey Walnuts
Fresh Blueberries
Giusto Farm Blueberry Vinaigrette
Crumbled Feta Cheese or Shredded Gouda
½ cup Peaches, Orange slices, figs or other fresh fruit in
Dried tomatoes bits to taste

Preparation:
In colorful glass salad bowl add red ruffled and spring mix lettuce. Mix ½ cup of Blueberries, dried tomatoes and Sesame Honey Walnuts throughout salad.

Mix your favorite Italian dressing using Giusto farm’s blueberry vinaigrette,
mix thoroughly. Arrange summer fruits on top of salad, Sprinkle Gouda or Feta cheese and a few more Sesame honey walnuts and Blueberries. Serve
For Best Results use Blueberries picked fresh that morning.

Quick Blueberry Vinegar

Ingredients:
3 cups Red Wine Vinegar Vinegar~Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Fresh Blueberries


Preparation:
Add vinegar and blueberries to blender, blend for a few seconds.
Pour mixture into favorite glass cork top vinegar decanter.
Store in refrigerator.
Use on salads or as marinade ingredient.
